Candice Wooten Brown is Vice President, HR Business Partner for Reynolds’ Marketing Function. In this role, Mrs. Brown manages a team of HR business partners responsible for leading the people agenda across the marketing organization, to include the design and implementation of structures, programs and initiatives to address the talent needs of the function. She previously held a similar role for Reynolds’ Corporate Functions (Finance, Information & Digital Technology, Legal and External Affairs, Strategy and Business Development, Business Communications & Sustainability and Human Resources) as well as the organization’s Scientific Research & Development function. Prior to returning to business partnering, Ms. Brown served as Vice President, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and diversity & inclusion practices for the US. 

 

Before joining the Reynolds organization, Mrs. Brown was an attorney with Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, where she practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation and employment litigation. Mrs. Brown began her legal career with Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, where she practiced in the areas of general civil litigation, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage and defense.

Iesha Arroyo

Iesha Arroyo is a VP over Consumer Services for a major US Automotive Manufacturer. She is a performance-driven professional with a twenty-four-year record of providing exceptional business leadership. She is decisive, strategic, with strengths in organizational troubleshooting, call center operations management, and training & development. She has a demonstrated track record of executing strategies and initiatives to optimize portfolio and center performance. She holds a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from Arizona State University. In her spare time serves as a mentor with the Young Women’s Leadership Academy and exploring the outdoors with her son & fiancé.

Christ-Ann Magloire, MD FACOG

Obstetrician/Gynecologist
Miami, Florida

Christ-Ann Magloire, MD FACOG is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist based in Miami, Florida. She is proudly the first female Board-Certified Haitian-American to practice in North Miami.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. While attending Temple, her interest in maternal and infant health blossomed when she designed and implemented a prenatal/parenting program to help decrease infant mortality for her thesis.  Following graduation, she returned to New York and worked with Cornell University promoting a HIV reduction program for adolescents. As well, she worked with numerous coalitions addressing the needs of women overall in Long Island, New York. 

 

Dr. Magloire continued her education earning a medical degree from Howard University School of Medicine in 1999 where she was awarded a NIH intramural research award to explore the breastfeeding rates among African-American women. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Boston Medical Center - Boston University.  In residency, she received the Young Scholars Award from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals 2 years in a row and published an article due to her research work in Family Planning.  Following graduation, she migrated to Miami to complete her service commitment as a National Health Services scholarship recipient.

R. Jai Gillum, MPH

Director
Florida Dental Association Foundation

Originally from Montgomery, AL, R. Jai Gillum has lived in Tallahassee for 20 years. She received an undergraduate degree in Biology and a Master of Public Health from Florida A&M
University. She currently serves as the Director of the Florida Dental Association Foundation.

 

R. Jai has always been interested in dental health, and she developed a passion for oral health care issues when she was selected to participate the inaugural class of the Florida Gubernatorial Fellows Program in 2004. Assigned to work in the Office of the Secretary at the Florida Department of Health, she served on the State Oral Health Improvement Plan for Disadvantaged Persons Workgroup and helped to develop strategies for the achievement of statewide comprehensive oral care.

The Florida Dental Association Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Florida’s statewide professional dental association, and R. Jai is responsible for the implementation and management of its charitable programs, which includes the Florida Mission of Mercy – an annual large-scale, two-day, professional dental clinic that provides care to any patient at no cost to them, with the goal of serving the underserved and uninsured in Florida — those who would otherwise go without care.
